Because of our optional, unique, “Personalize-and-Print” process, the Series 300 Catholic diplomas can be ordered in larger quantities to lower the overall diploma cost. Pre-printed, full color diploma “blanks” are provided with the school logo, bishop or archbishop crest and school name. Although we can complete turn-key personalization, our unique “Personalize-and-Print” Catholic diploma product is extremely popular and touted highly by our customers. (NOTE: If you desire full personalization, it is still available for $1.75 per diploma.)
Order at a bulk price for several years at a time with our “Personalize-and-Print” service.
With “Personalize-and-Print”, the graduate’s name and date are not pre-printed onto the diploma sheet, rather, we provide a downloadable Word template that has been formatted specifically for your Catholic diplomas . This process allows an office assistant the ability to feed the non-personalized blanks into the school’s inkjet printer, type the student’s name and date of graduation onto the Word document, and print the completed diploma for a professional finished product.

Details of the Series 300 Diploma & Catholic Diploma Cover
The Series 300 Catholic diplomas are printed on contemporary, flecked parchment papers with a coordinating color for your diploma cover (typically ivory or light grey). This Catholic diploma cover is crafted of a pliable, leatherette material. The diploma cover is imprinted by hand with the school name in gold or silver. Diploma sheets are designed to the specifications of your school and can include printed signatures (provided you send us a picture of the signature). The 8 1/2″ x 11″ diploma sheet is folded in half and held inside of the diploma with an elastic band called a pawl.
